I wanted to try this new plastic free Shampoo and Conditioner, I like when brands come out with ideas to help us to quit plastic.

What’s helping me, is starting with things that are easy to get plastic free.

Beauty products are one of those things. In the market now there are so many plastic free natural beauty products, and so many are using recycled plastic or sustainable materials, and as much as I love to make most of them by myself, I’m always attracted to try new natural products.

I was so happy when I found this shampoo and conditioner bars in a local supermarket, where I live there aren’t many plastic free options for this kind of products.

Their packaging is simple, but lovely, and absolutely plastic free.

If you, like me, have been always washed your hair with regular natural shampoos and conditioner, you will find that is not hard at all to get used to bars. They works the same as liquid, but they don’t need a plastic bottle.

I simply rub the shampoo directly on my wet hair, and it leave a really soft foam, then I massage the scalp with the hands and rinse it off, repeating a couple of times, just as i would do with a liquid shampoo.

Then I gently rub the conditioner bar on my hair lenght, I spread it with the hands, and leave it a minute or two before to rinse it off.

The scent is really delicate, almost fragrance free, so if you are looking for a strong scented product, maybe is not for you.

The result for me is the same as natural liquid shampoo and conditioner, with some extra benefits: i’ve noticed that I use less product, its easier to travel with because it won’t spill everywhere, and it save space.

Thank you for reading, I hope you’ll find this review helpful, let me know if you’ve tried this product.

xoxo
