Rosehip oil benefits and Essano review

One of my favorite natural skin care products that I’ve been using on and off for a few years now, is rosehip oil.

It’s such a good alley for the skin and has so many benefits for more than one skin type.

It contains vitamin a c and fatty acids.

Despite being really nourishing is a dry oil and absorbs quickly on the skin.

As anti-aging is good for wrinkles and visibly reduces fine lines.

Is good to reduce sunburn inflammation, for dry and damaged skin and is great for scars. So you can use it also on your body at first stage stretch marks. The first stage of stretch marks is when they are still slightly reddish, pinkish before they will turn white and they will become scars.

You can use it on your hair too, but on my hair, I prefer thicker oils.

You can find a video about the rosehip oil and my skincare routine here:

I use this oil as a face serum, 4/5 drops, before moisturizer, and only 2/3 drops if I’m going to wear makeup on top. and I use it at night too.

Is a really light oil, but if you have oily skin try using it at night for the first weeks, keep in mind that oily skin is also dry and that rosehip oil is an anti-inflammatory oil so it will help.

I like to use this oil every day, even only at night, but sometimes I stop using it for a couple of months substituting it with another oil because I’ve noticed that when I stop any skincare product for a while and then I use it again it works better on the skin.

If you don’t like the idea of using oils as daily skincare, you can incorporate rosehip oil just in your face massages 2/3 times a week. Keep in mind that when you first start to use oils on your face daily at first it will be weird, but then your skin will adjust and regulate itself, and it will be just like wearing a regular cream or serum. Especially when you will find the right oil for you.

Remember that like with any natural product you will need to do a patch test before using rosehip oil, to be sure you aren’t allergic, I usually try it on my wrists.

The one I’ve been using a lot is by Essano:

Thank you for reading,
